SJES Current Events

Several events are being planned for the upcoming school year; however, we need volunteers.  If you would like to volunteer, please go to http://students.sjesva.org and review the parent resources for volunteer opportunities.  These opportunities will count towards your Hours for Ours as will attendance at PTO meetings.

The PTO is also looking for ideas regarding various events:

-A Holiday Bazaar will be held on December 06, 2008.  If you have suggestions or are interested in participating as a vendor, please contact the PTO at pto@sjesva.org.   The bazaar is on the same day as the Warrenton Christmas parade this year.  Let’s try to make it a fun family day before the holiday rush hits us all!

-January’s PTO event.  Auction (let’s try to do it differently this year, something for everyone)  A dinner, a dance??  Your suggestions and feedback will be critical in planning and hosting this event.

-The spring event will be held on May 16, 2009.  Suggestions are being accepted.
